We provide a comfortable and safe environment for joyful living. We organize fun activities and events weekly to promote healthy living.

 

Care

Care is managed by a Registered nurse and on-site care giving staff, available 24/7 to ensure that all residents are well cared for.

We provide a warm, safe and cozy atmosphere for relaxing and socializing including live entertainment performances

 

At Harmony Adult Family Home Bellevue, we accept Private pay and Medicaid clients. An initial nursing care assessment is performed to determine the appropriate level of care.

Residents pay monthly fees that covers room and board.

 

  •  24hour care giving by professionally trained Certified Nursing assistants (CNAs)/ NARs /HCA, managed by owner|RN to ensure overall health maintenance
  •  Medication assistance, daily personal care management to meet each individual’s  needs

     

     

  •  Delicious and nutritious home-cooked meals; well balanced meals that meets resident’s dietary requirements and restrictions. Snacks are also provided between meals.
  •  In home visits by our in home Primary care Physician and Nurse practitioners, Podiatry services, other specialized home care services; including psychiatry services, private nursing care and hospice care services
  •  Complimentary laundry and housekeeping services, assisted transportation to and from clinic appointments
  •  Regular music entertainment, customized daily exercise regimen, games and other recreational activities that help keep residents physically, mentally and emotionally active

Residents are encouraged to socialize in the living areas; birthdays are celebrated in style, lots of outdoor gatherings, including barbecued meals on sunny days in the garden. Residents also enjoy walks

and picnics in Bellevue’s neighborhood parks and live entertainment are scheduled in the comfort of their home to stimulate the mind and enliven the soul.

They have one or more designated areas outside where Vapor/E-cigarette users can vape away from the building and away from other residents. Vaping indoors or anywhere outside the designated areas is strictly prohibited.

What is the cost?

The base price is $226 per day or $7,000 per month. There's a lot that's included in the base price, but assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) is typically not included. ADLs are common daily tasks such as grooming, dressing, eating and bathing (among others). The final price is different for each resident, and is determined according to how much daily care and assistance with ADLs is required each day.

What's included in the base price?

HARMONY CARE ADULT FAMILY HOME LLC provides 24/7 supervision, emergency assistance and daily companionship as a base service for all residents.

Meals

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included every day. Accommodations can be made for any dietary restrictions or special doctor-prescribed diets. Additional food items such as coffee, tea and snacks between meals are also included.

Medications Management

Medications Management is provided as a service for all residents. Caregivers and staff keep track of administration schedules as well as prescription refill schedules.

Blood Pressure and Weight Checks

Regular blood pressure and weight checks are done at scheduled intervals, and recorded to track irregularities.

Housekeeping and Laundry

HARMONY CARE ADULT FAMILY HOME LLC does all daily housekeeping throughout the home as well as in your room. Laundry is provided for your flat linens on a set schedule or sooner if needed. Your personal laundry is also washed and folded regularly by care staff.

Activities

A range of social and recreational activities are offered every week to keep residents occupied, entertained and engaged. Feel free to ask what types of activities are scheduled for this week.

Utilities

All standard home utilities are included in the base price. (This excludes personal cell phone plans which are paid for by the resident or family.)
