Wesley Homes Bradley Park LLC is an Independent Living Community located in Puyallup, WA. Independent Living in Washington is typically for 55+ adults who are fully independent, but no longer wish to care for a household. They have one or more designated areas outside where Vapor/E-cigarette users can vape away from the building and away from other residents. Vaping indoors or anywhere outside the designated areas is strictly prohibited.

They provide personalized and compassionate hospice care services for residents and their families during the end-stages of life. Respect and dignity are top priorities for residents and their families – especially during these times.

Does Long Term Care Insurance Cover Independent Living?

Wesley Homes Bradley Park LLC accepts Long Term Care (LTC) Insurance, and they may offer other types of care within the same facility or campus such as Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing or Memory Care which would work with LTC Insurance. However, LTC Insurance does NOT cover Independent Living room and board - which includes monthly rent, meal plan costs and other monthly community fees. Long Term Care Insurance is to cover the cost of care. Independent Living is for individuals who are fully independent, and don’t need any medical assistance or care. Independent Living is more of a luxury lifestyle upgrade (concierge, housekeeping, laundry service, meals) than a medical care setting. If however, you are already living in Independent Living and paying out of pocket and there’s a change to your physical or mental health, and you start needing assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), then your LTC Insurance may help. Your Long Term Care Insurance agent can help you understand your coverage, terms, and limits.

What's included?

Meals

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included every day. Accommodations can be made for any dietary restrictions or special doctor-prescribed diets. Additional food items such as coffee, tea and snacks between meals are also included.

Medications Management

Medications Management is provided as a service for all residents. Caregivers and staff keep track of administration schedules as well as prescription refill schedules.

Blood Pressure and Weight Checks

Regular blood pressure and weight checks are done at scheduled intervals, and recorded to track irregularities.

Housekeeping and Laundry

Wesley Homes Bradley Park LLC does all daily housekeeping throughout the home as well as in your room. Laundry is provided for your flat linens on a set schedule or sooner if needed. Your personal laundry is also washed and folded regularly by care staff.

Activities

A range of social and recreational activities are offered every week to keep residents occupied, entertained and engaged. Feel free to ask what types of activities are scheduled for this week.

Utilities

All standard home utilities are included in the base price. (This excludes personal cell phone plans which are paid for by the resident or family.)

Transportation

Local transportation for certain scheduled outings, as well as doctor visits is provided at no additional cost.
