All caregiver staff hold state certification and trained in CPR, first aid, medication management, mental health care, dementia care and DDA care and are nurse delegated for medication administration. At Wincare our daily schedule is designed to provide structure, comfort, and resident engagement. Our day starts at 6:30 AM with wake-up care, hygiene, and meds. Breakfast at 8:00 AM, followed by light activities. Mid-morning offers reading or conversation. Lunch at noon, then quiet time or naps. Afternoon includes games, music, or snacks. Dinner is at 5:00 PM, with calm evening routines after. By 7:00 PM, residents prepare for bed. Staff are present 24/7 to ensure comfort, safety, and support.
