My name is Nancy Maina. I have over four decades of experience working as a nurse, serving individuals across various stages of life and levels of care. Nearly a decade ago, I opened our AFH after recognizing a growing need for more personalized 1-1 care. In recent years, my daughters have joined the company, bringing shared values, fresh perspectives, and a deep commitment to the work we do. Together, we have grown into a three-home facility dedicated to ensuring consistent, high-quality care.

We are a family-run and fully women-staffed organization, which helps create a nurturing, attentive, and compassionate care environment. Our team leads with both professionalism and heart, fostering a space where residents feel safe, respected, and genuinely cared for. we strive to create a home-like environment where residents and their families feel peace of mind, knowing care is delivered with attention, integrity, and genuine commitment.

All our residents are treated as individuals with unique needs and preferences. We honor their independence, privacy and cultural background. Care is delivered with patience, empathy, and genuine human connection. We maintain a structured, supervised environment where safety and well-being is always the priority. Morning -Morning hygiene, medication administration, Breakfast. Individual activities based on ability and interest (reading, puzzles, crafts, music, faith-based reflection, or supervised outdoor time). Afternoon- lunch,Medication, Social time to encourage engagement and connection. Late Afternoon-Light activities like Walks or mobility assistance. Evening-Dinner, medications, relaxation time (TV, music, prayer, or quiet wind-down). Night-Bedtime hygiene, overnight monitoring to ensure safety.
