Three Tree Vista is a family owned and operated adult family home. We’re lifelong residents in the area; we’ve worked as healthcare, builders and hospitality providers; we proudly serve and participate in our community. The Three Tree Vista staff is led by our family matriarch, Dorothy Gutierrez; she is a certified adult family home care provider since 2009. Dorothy’s son, Gary, is a local home builder and recently became a CNA to support the growing needs of our home.

We have spectacular views of the Puget Sound and Olympic Mountains from each room. Resident eagles and hummingbirds are always nearby. From our spacious deck, we grow organic vegetables and fruit for our resident meals. meals are prepared based on requests following any ordered restrictions. We strive to help each resident improve their quality of daily living through activities and outings to the local farmers market and occasionally invite local musicians

As Filipino Americans, we honor our parents and grandparents; we celebrate their lives and cherish their wisdom and stories; we tend to their needs with the utmost attention and love. When your loved ones move into Three Tree Vista – they become honorary members of our family, as do you. While giving them respect, dignity and independence, we make them feel that this is their home and space. Our matriarch Dorothy often has her kids and grandkids stop by for a visit and Filipino home cooking.

Each day begins with preparation for breakfast, followed by some exercise depending on each resident's needs and ability. Residents can relax on the spacious deck or in the living room facing the Sound and Mountain views. After lunch is served depending on their needs we have activities or quiet time. Depending on their schedule, this is often when therapists and our RN stops by to check-in. Dinner is typically around 6 o’clock and depending on the resident some light activity and relaxation.
