Life at May Valley AFH is enjoyable and tailored to residents' preferences. The day begins at 7 AM with hygiene routines and breakfast. Residents choose activities like napping, watching TV, or puzzle, etc. We encourage physical activities for wellness. Lunch includes chicken Alfredo, steak, chicken soup, and rice dishes. After lunch, residents relax. Dinner features lighter options like sandwiches or pizza. The evening is free and residents can stay up later if they wish.
