HOPE AFH is a Nursing Home located in BELLEVUE, WA. In Washington State, Nursing Homes – also known as Skilled Nursing Facilities are facilities that provide 24-hour supervised care by a Registered Nurse (RN), a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or a combination of the three. WA Nursing Homes are reserved for individuals who require specialized care that can only be administered or supervised by a skilled nurse. Many facilities offer on-site rehabilitation in fully equipped gyms with trained physical therapists. Nursing homes have the highest number of staff per resident among the different types of assisted living, which allows them to provide very personal daily care and attention to each of their residents. They typically offer both in-room and communal dining options, as well as daily social, physical and mental activities. The base price is $161 per day or $5,000 per month. There's a lot that's included in the base price, but assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) is typically not included. ADLs are common daily tasks such as grooming, dressing, eating and bathing (among others). The final price is different for each resident, and is determined according to how much daily care and assistance with ADLs is required each day.
