Oasis of Tender care owners is a team of  Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants and a Reverend who encourages and lifts our client's spirits. We provide the best quality of care and remain honest to our clientele and their family members. We work diligently and directly with Physicians and follow their orders as given and if not clear the licensed nurses calls and clarifies the orders before they are implemented to avoid any medication errors. This is to enhance the quality of care and performance improvement. Our staff responds and acts accordingly in case of any client's changes in condition and/or emergencies, notifies the responsible parties and the physician. Our pharmacy services are reliable professionals who deliver medications timely per our requests.  We provide flexible menus and diets that match our client's needs, ranging from Pureed texture & thickened liquids, to regular consistency and maintains aspirations precautions to those who are at risk. Smoking Policy:

Oasis of Tender Care II LLC does not allow smoking on the premises, but they do allow the use of Vapor/E-cigarettes in designated areas. They have one or more designated areas outside where Vapor/E-cigarette users can vape away from the building and away from other residents. Vaping indoors or anywhere outside the designated areas is strictly prohibited.

Short-Term / Respite Care:

Oasis of Tender Care II LLC offers Short-Term / Respite Care with daily rates for anyone who needs to stay for less than a month. Respite Care services can offer relief for current caregivers, allowing them to take a much-needed break.

Specialized Care for Adults with Developmental Disabilities:

With a specialty in caring for adults with developmental disabilities, they have the certifications, expertise and experience to accommodate and care for disabled adults through all stages of life.

Hospice Care:

They provide personalized and compassionate hospice care services for residents and their families during the end-stages of life. Respect and dignity are top priorities for residents and their families – especially during these times.

Hoyer Lift:

They have an on-site Hoyer lift available for those who need it, and their caregivers have proper training and experience using it.

What is the cost?

The base price is $194 per day or $6,000 per month. There's a lot that's included in the base price, but assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) is typically not included. ADLs are common daily tasks such as grooming, dressing, eating and bathing (among others). The final price is different for each resident, and is determined according to how much daily care and assistance with ADLs is required each day.

What's included in the base price?

Oasis of Tender Care II LLC provides 24/7 supervision, emergency assistance and daily companionship as a base service for all residents.

Meals

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included every day. Accommodations can be made for any dietary restrictions or special doctor-prescribed diets. Additional food items such as coffee, tea and snacks between meals are also included.

Medications Management

Medications Management is provided as a service for all residents. Caregivers and staff keep track of administration schedules as well as prescription refill schedules.

Blood Pressure and Weight Checks

Regular blood pressure and weight checks are done at scheduled intervals, and recorded to track irregularities.

Housekeeping and Laundry

Oasis of Tender Care II LLC does all daily housekeeping throughout the home as well as in your room. Laundry is provided for your flat linens on a set schedule or sooner if needed. Your personal laundry is also washed and folded regularly by care staff.

Activities

A range of social and recreational activities are offered every week to keep residents occupied, entertained and engaged. Feel free to ask what types of activities are scheduled for this week.

Utilities

All standard home utilities are included in the base price. (This excludes personal cell phone plans which are paid for by the resident or family.)
