Mukuhi is a partnership, managed and operated by James Mburu and Job Mburu. Combined with his partners, Mukuhi has over 10 years of experience in adult family home management. Anyone who knows James and has seen him interact with his clients knows that he cares deeply about his work, because he cares deeply about people. With principles of integrity, honesty, community-building, and a strong work ethic, your loved one will be cared for by very compassionate people.
James' mother, for which the business is named, continues to be a strong source of inspiration and motivation for Mukuhi, as she taught him the principles of respect, honesty, and the importance of giving selflessly.

Seeking Medicaid Resident

Meals
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included every day. Accommodations can be made for any dietary restrictions or special doctor-prescribed diets.
Additional food items such as coffee, tea and snacks between meals are also included.
Medications Management
Medications Management is provided as a service for all residents. Caregivers and staff keep track of administration schedules as well as prescription refill schedules.
Blood Pressure and Weight Checks
Regular blood pressure and weight checks are done at scheduled intervals, and recorded to track irregularities.
Housekeeping and Laundry
Mukuhi Adult Family Home LLC does all daily housekeeping throughout the home as well as in your room. Laundry is provided for your flat linens on a set schedule or sooner if needed.
Your personal laundry is also washed and folded regularly by care staff.
Activities
A range of social and recreational activities are offered every week to keep residents occupied, entertained and engaged. Feel free to ask what types of activities are scheduled for this week.
