Our center provides a bridge between hospital and home, offering excellent care in an environment that is dedicated to a speedy recovery and returning you home as quickly as possible. Our individually designed clinical services and accelerated rehabilitation are designed to get you back to the daily activities and routines you enjoy. We focus on providing post-acute medical and rehabilitation services to patients with many conditions including but not limited to: pulmonary impairment, diabetes management, wound care, joint replacement, orthopedic injuries, stroke and neurological conditions, cardiac related problems, and oncology care.

Memory Support Unit or Secured Unit

We understand that when you are faced with a loved one exhibiting symptoms of Alzheimer's or a related dementia, it can be a confusing and troubling time in your life. We will help you to understand the disease and gain knowledge about the best methods of care for your loved one.

People afflicted with cognitive impairments require additional care to keep their emotional and physical functioning strong and healthy. Our specialized professionals connect to deliver consistent, stable care while creating an environment of vitality, warmth and understanding.

EVERETT CENTER is a Nursing Home located in EVERETT, WA. In Washington State, Nursing Homes – also known as Skilled Nursing Facilities are facilities that provide 24-hour supervised care by a Registered Nurse (RN), a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or a combination of the three. WA Nursing Homes are reserved for individuals who require specialized care that can only be administered or supervised by a skilled nurse. Many facilities offer on-site rehabilitation in fully equipped gyms with trained physical therapists. Nursing homes have the highest number of staff per resident among the different types of assisted living, which allows them to provide very personal daily care and attention to each of their residents. They typically offer both in-room and communal dining options, as well as daily social, physical and mental activities. Unlike Assisted Living Facilities or Adult Family Homes, residents typically need a physician’s referral to be admitted to a Skilled Nursing Facility. Your doctor may even recommend a local Skilled Nursing Facility, but you ultimately have the choice to decide which facility you prefer.
EVERETT CENTER currently has a room available, and is looking for the right resident to join their home. The available room listed here is private, meaning you get the entire room to yourself. The bathroom is private, and wont be used by anybody else but you.

Pets:

EVERETT CENTER does not allow pets. This does not necessarily mean there are no pets in the facility, but that they do not allow residents to bring their own.

Smoking Policy:

EVERETT CENTER does not allow smoking on the premises, but they do allow the use of Vapor/E-cigarettes in designated areas. They have one or more designated areas outside where Vapor/E-cigarette users can vape away from the building and away from other residents. Vaping indoors or anywhere outside the designated areas is strictly prohibited.

Short-Term / Respite Care:

EVERETT CENTER offers Short-Term / Respite Care with daily rates for anyone who needs to stay for less than a month. Respite Care services can offer relief for current caregivers, allowing them to take a much-needed break.

Specialized Care for Adults with Developmental Disabilities:

With a specialty in caring for adults with developmental disabilities, they have the certifications, expertise and experience to accommodate and care for disabled adults through all stages of life.

Onsite Rehabilitative Services:

This facility offers in-house rehabilitative services. These services may vary from providing assistance with stretching, range-of-motion, or following a prescribed at-home plan, to a full on-site exercise room with professional equipment and physical therapists. If you need onsite rehabilitative services, please make sure to verify what type of rehab services are offered at this location. Additionally, visiting therapists for scheduled physical therapy treatments may be accommodated.

Hospice Care:

They provide personalized and compassionate hospice care services for residents and their families during the end-stages of life. Respect and dignity are top priorities for residents and their families – especially during these times.

Hoyer Lift:

They have an on-site Hoyer lift available for those who need it, and their caregivers have proper training and experience using it.

What is the cost?

The base price is $471 per day or $14,601 per month. There's a lot that's included in the base price, but assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) is typically not included. ADLs are common daily tasks such as grooming, dressing, eating and bathing (among others). The final price is different for each resident, and is determined according to how much daily care and assistance with ADLs is required each day.

What's included in the base price?

EVERETT CENTER provides 24/7 supervision, emergency assistance and daily companionship as a base service for all residents.

Meals

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included every day. Accommodations can be made for any dietary restrictions or special doctor-prescribed diets. Additional food items such as coffee, tea and snacks between meals are also included.

Medications Management

Medications Management is provided as a service for all residents. Caregivers and staff keep track of administration schedules as well as prescription refill schedules.

Blood Pressure and Weight Checks

Regular blood pressure and weight checks are done at scheduled intervals, and recorded to track irregularities.

Housekeeping and Laundry

EVERETT CENTER does all daily housekeeping throughout the home as well as in your room. Laundry is provided for your flat linens on a set schedule or sooner if needed. Your personal laundry is also washed and folded regularly by care staff.

Activities

A range of social and recreational activities are offered every week to keep residents occupied, entertained and engaged. Feel free to ask what types of activities are scheduled for this week.

Utilities

All standard home utilities are included in the base price. (This excludes personal cell phone plans which are paid for by the resident or family.)
