The Rose Linn community proudly offers a continuum of care. As your loved one’s needs change, we are here to support them. Rose Linn Vintage Place offers memory care and residential care services.  Rose Linn Care Center offers extended and skilled (24-hour) nursing care.  In both settings, residents feel at home.  Our staff believe that caring for your loved one requires not just an understanding of symptoms, but an understanding of people. The Rose Linn campus is conveniently located just ½ mile off of I-205 in beautiful West Linn.

Our Community

The campus of Rose Linn consists of two main buildings.  The first of which is called Rose Linn Care Center and offers skilled nursing services. Additionally, we offer extended care services (also known as intermediate care). This part of our campus accepts private pay, Medicaid, Medicare, and hospice payor sources. Note that the details surrounding each move-in are tended to carefully by a team of care managers, RLCC leadership, discharge planners and family members.  The second, multifaceted building on our campus is called  Rose Linn Vintage Place.  This building provides both residential care and memory care services. Rose Linn Vintage Place accepts Private and Medicaid payor sources. Never hesitate to contact us with any questions or clarifications about our services.

Operating as two separate buildings, the Rose Linn Community shares similar values: Trust, Integrity and Dignity.  We seek to offer each resident a meaningful experience during their stay.  Each building comes equipped with its own care staff, nurses, activity directors, office management and leadership team.  This means our residents offer services that best suit them in their unique aging journey. Whether it is obtaining the proper physical therapy or taking part in a group activity, we  want what is best for every senior.   It also means our employees are receiving better training and support.

The amazing staff here at Rose Linn Care Center and Vintage Place are our treasure!  Some of our employees have been with the company well over a decade, and we value the heart and spirit they offer these spaces.  We are also grateful for the many family members of our residents who have become a part of the Rose Linn family.  This community offers unmatched care and intentionality. 

Located in West Linn, our community is easily accessible from I-205.  Our quaint campus is just 1/2 mile off the freeway, tucked into the lush hills of NW Oregon.  Rose Linn offers multiple care options within our secured campus.  They include extended/skilled nursing care, residential care, and memory care.

Find peace of mind knowing your loved one is in a safe and secure, memory care environment.  Our staff support residents by providing intentional memory care services around-the-clock.  We strive to support your loved one’s wellness and interests. 

Services in the monthly base rent include:

·        Three meals each day and snacks (most modified diets included)

·        Weekly housekeeping services

·        Daily assistance with bed making

·        Weekly linen services

·        All utilities (except telephone services)

·        Wi-Fi internet access

·        Planned activities, programs and social opportunities which include community outings

·        Scheduled transportation to medical appointments, shopping and activities

·        24-hour staff for supervision and assistance

·        Regular monitoring for general health and well-being

·        Medication management

·        Apartment maintenance

·        RN support and oversight

·        Barber and beautician services

·        Basic cable TV

If the services included in the monthly base rent are not enough to keep you living independently, additional personal support services can be added. We can assist in designing a care program to fit individual needs for living as independently as possible. The personal support services fee is based on the actual services provided, and is determined following a personal assessment conducted by our professional team.

Our Space

Rose Linn Vintage Place is warm and inviting.  Comfortable furnishings are abundant in our living rooms, dining hall and activity spaces. Also, resident rooms have ample space and can accommodate favorite pieces of furniture. We think comfort can be found in a favorite chair or dresser!  What’s more, the enclosed and secured courtyards are well-manicured.  Time out of doors bolsters wellness and offers residents a safe change of scenery.

Our Philosophy

We aim to build on a person’s strengths and encourage personal independence. This philosophy is something we believe in deeply.  Our secure building is monitored by specially trained professional staff. We know each resident’s life history is unique.  We take the time to know their stories and personalize their care to create experiences that are meaningful for them.  What’s more, our life enrichment program is based on a fulfilling range of individual and structured group activities.  We tailor activities for each resident’s skills and limitations. Ultimately, we help people rediscover hobbies and interests, giving each day a sense of purpose.
