Some smaller Assisted Living Facilities may accommodate 6 – 20 residents, while others may accommodate 60+ residents per facility. OR Assisted Living Facilities are typically large apartment / resort style facilities that encourage social interactions, group activities and communal dining. In Oregon, these are separated into two categories - Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs) and Residential Care Facilities (RCFs). Assisted Living Facilities offer private self-contained Studios and 1 - 3 Bedroom Suites, Apartments and Cottages with their own kitchens and bathrooms.
