A Tranquil and Comfortable Atmosphere

Harvest Homes was designed with the comfort of our residents in mind. All of our community’s communal spaces are airy, light-filled, spots with cozy and tranquil seating areas for conversation or relaxing. Our atrium-like dining room and sunroom with floor-to-ceiling windows bring the outdoors in and ensure that residents feel connected to nature, to the changing seasons, and to the wildlife just waiting to be discovered in our extensive campus gardens. Our chapel provides a place for weekly church services, quiet reflection, celebrations, and memorial services. Our expansive gardens give residents a place to stroll, enjoy the beauty of the native plants and trees that decorate our campus, cultivate their little plot of land, and listen to the nearby sounds of the working Willamette River.

Smoking Policy:

HARVEST HOMES, INC does not allow smoking on the premises, but they do allow the use of Vapor/E-cigarettes in designated areas. They have one or more designated areas outside where Vapor/E-cigarette users can vape away from the building and away from other residents. Vaping indoors or anywhere outside the designated areas is strictly prohibited.

Onsite Rehabilitative Services:

This facility offers in-house rehabilitative services. These services may vary from providing assistance with stretching, range-of-motion, or following a prescribed at-home plan, to a full on-site exercise room with professional equipment and physical therapists. If you need onsite rehabilitative services, please make sure to verify what type of rehab services are offered at this location. Additionally, visiting therapists for scheduled physical therapy treatments may be accommodated.

Hospice Care:

They provide personalized and compassionate hospice care services for residents and their families during the end-stages of life. Respect and dignity are top priorities for residents and their families – especially during these times.

What is the cost?

HARVEST HOMES, INC works with insurance companies, and accepts Long Term Care (LTC) Insurance policies as a payment source for this room. They are familiar with the billing requirements, and are seeking a Long Term Care Insurance resident for this room. The base price is $218 per day or $6,750 per month. There's a lot that's included in the base price, but assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) is typically not included. ADLs are common daily tasks such as grooming, dressing, eating and bathing (among others). The final price is different for each resident, and is determined according to how much daily care and assistance with ADLs is required each day. Your Long Term Care Insurance agent can help you understand your policy coverages, terms, and limitations.

What's included in the base price?

HARVEST HOMES, INC provides 24/7 supervision, emergency assistance and daily companionship as a base service for all residents.

Meals

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included every day. Accommodations can be made for any dietary restrictions or special doctor-prescribed diets. Additional food items such as coffee, tea and snacks between meals are also included.

Medications Management

Medications Management is provided as a service for all residents. Caregivers and staff keep track of administration schedules as well as prescription refill schedules.

Blood Pressure and Weight Checks

Regular blood pressure and weight checks are done at scheduled intervals, and recorded to track irregularities.

Housekeeping and Laundry

HARVEST HOMES, INC does all daily housekeeping throughout the home as well as in your room. Laundry is provided for your flat linens on a set schedule or sooner if needed. Your personal laundry is also washed and folded regularly by care staff.

Activities

A range of social and recreational activities are offered every week to keep residents occupied, entertained and engaged. Feel free to ask what types of activities are scheduled for this week.

Utilities

All standard home utilities are included in the base price. (This excludes personal cell phone plans which are paid for by the resident or family.)
