Where love and laughter live. Our home is HCA owned/managed and our mission is to work hard each day to exceed the expectations of our residents and their families. The home is peaceful, bright, and includes a large backyard. Our home features spacious rooms that are full of natural sunlight and are truly inviting. We understand that this can be a new process and even a difficult one for many. Thus, this page is dedicated to helping you understand a bit more of what we look to provide at Eastside Estates.

What are your rates?

We have 1 shared room and 5 private rooms, and the rate varies based on a spectrum of variables. We can say that the shared room is between $4,000 – $7,000 per month (per resident), while the private rooms range from $7,000 – $12,000 per month.

 

What is all included in those rates?

We provide 24-hour care while focusing on your care plan, as well as the management of medications, preparation of food, and other forms of daily assistance. Transportation is something we can also help organize for you.

 

What care do you specialize in?

We specialize in Mental Health & Dementia. This is not the limit of our care. We can provide other care based on a thorough evaluation process done by our team.

 

What kind of activities do you provide?

The home has a variety of entertainment options such as board games, music, and T.V., but we want to discuss the specifics of what the resident may prefer. That will allow us to be able to tailor the environment to the wants and needs of the resident, to the best of our abilities.

 

How are meals arranged?

Food is important to everyone and like everything else we want as much input from the

resident and their families as possible because we will strive to make sure your needs are met. If there are additional ways we can ensure the satisfaction of the resident, then we will do all we can.

More Information About Eastside Estates, LLC

Eastside Estates, LLC is a Memory Care facility located in Kent, WA. In Washington State, Memory Care is a term used to describe the professional care provided to individuals who suffer from Alzheimer’s or other types of dementia. Memory Care in WA can typically be found across 3 primary types of assisted living – Adult Family Homes, Assisted Living Facilities, and Nursing Homes. Memory Care is normally considered an Add-On service in addition to the daily assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) required by the resident. Aside from the specialized training and certifications required for staff and caregivers, the buildings themselves must be equipped with certain features such as special locks on the doors before they can be licensed for Memory Care. Eastside Estates, LLC is fully certified, and up to date on their training and certifications to properly care for residents with Alzheimer’s/dementia.
Eastside Estates, LLC currently has a room available, and is looking for the right resident to join their home. The available room listed here is private, meaning you get the entire room to yourself. The bathroom is shared between you and one or more of the residents in the home.

Pets:

Eastside Estates, LLC does not allow pets. This does not necessarily mean there are no pets in the facility, but that they do not allow residents to bring their own.

Smoking Policy:

Eastside Estates, LLC does not allow smoking on the premises, but they do allow the use of Vapor/E-cigarettes in designated areas. They have one or more designated areas outside where Vapor/E-cigarette users can vape away from the building and away from other residents. Vaping indoors or anywhere outside the designated areas is strictly prohibited.

Hospice Care:

They provide personalized and compassionate hospice care services for residents and their families during the end-stages of life. Respect and dignity are top priorities for residents and their families – especially during these times.

What is the cost?

The base price is $161 per day or $5,000 per month. There's a lot that's included in the base price, but assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) is typically not included. ADLs are common daily tasks such as grooming, dressing, eating and bathing (among others). The final price is different for each resident, and is determined according to how much daily care and assistance with ADLs is required each day.

What's included in the base price?

Eastside Estates, LLC provides 24/7 supervision, emergency assistance and daily companionship as a base service for all residents.

Meals

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included every day. Accommodations can be made for any dietary restrictions or special doctor-prescribed diets. Additional food items such as coffee, tea and snacks between meals are also included.

Medications Management

Medications Management is provided as a service for all residents. Caregivers and staff keep track of administration schedules as well as prescription refill schedules.

Blood Pressure and Weight Checks

Regular blood pressure and weight checks are done at scheduled intervals, and recorded to track irregularities.

Housekeeping and Laundry

Eastside Estates, LLC does all daily housekeeping throughout the home as well as in your room. Laundry is provided for your flat linens on a set schedule or sooner if needed. Your personal laundry is also washed and folded regularly by care staff.

Activities

A range of social and recreational activities are offered every week to keep residents occupied, entertained and engaged. Feel free to ask what types of activities are scheduled for this week.

Utilities

All standard home utilities are included in the base price. (This excludes personal cell phone plans which are paid for by the resident or family.)
