My name is Mulugeta Lemi, owner of Roseway Adult Family Home. I was drawn to caregiving through 17 years as a Patient Care Technician, including trauma surgery at Harborview. Roseway is newly licensed and specializes in mental health and dementia care. I hold a Global Health degree and advanced care training. Families can expect compassionate, professional service. Our staff is mixed-gender, and we maintain 2–3 caregivers to ensure personalized attention.
